"Happiness is a choice"

All the desires that arise from your heart lead to expansion. Often, we feel the need to justify them, or to somehow "earn" them.

But in order for you to be as you truly wish to be, you don’t need to justify it to anyone. You don’t need to earn it through hard work or suffering.

Everything you desire can be yours simply because you want it, not because of what you do or don’t do,but because it is your nature to experience expansion through desires and expression.

But this happens only when you believe that you have the right to be happy –when the fear of judgment fades,the fear of others’ envy,the fear of not fitting in,the fear of being true to yourself.

It happens when you unlearn everything that unhappy people once taught you.

When you begin to recognize the true desires of your heart, so many synchronicities begin to unfold, so many opportunities open up to make your dreams real –and you no longer settle for compromises when it comes to your dreams and desires, because you know that happiness is your choice.
